The Lonny Breaux Collection is an unofficial compilation of songs by Frank Ocean. The songs were recorded prior to adoption of the Frank Ocean moniker, there for attributed to Christopher 'Lonny' Breaux. As a songwriter and scratch vocalizer, Breaux recorded a big number of demos that were leaked out over time and collected by fans on the KanyeToThe forum. Not all of the songs included were written by Frank and not all of the songs are sung past Frank. They are, however, one or the other.

Notable tracks include "Surprise Ending" and "Quickly", were commercially released by Brandy and John Legend respectively.

Following the release of the collection, Frank said:

permit's go this out in the open up. the only songs that i, myself, frank ocean, accept ever released are…'pyrite', 'acura integurl' & of course the songs included on 'nostalgia, ultra'. all other songs are on the cyberspace every bit a result of record manufacture email hacks/leaks that happened some years back. several of these songs i had no hand in writing. i only laid reference voice on em because i was beingness paid. the rest are incomplete ideas, reference songs that were sent out for placement on other artists. records that were never intended to correspond me.

The collection saw several iterations over the years until settling into the tracklist provided here. The undocumented, RARE. collection in a higher place exists equally a companion to this work and includes the balance of his work prior to Nostalgia, ULTRA. as is known today.
